2. Diagnostic & Opportunity Assessment

A structured 1- to 3-week collaboration combining interviews, process analysis, and data exploration. You receive a clear roadmap identifying inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and a prioritised action plan.

Most projects fall between €3,500 – €12,000, depending on scope and team size.

3. Execution & Implementation

Based on the agreed roadmap, we help deploy automations, AI systems, and process improvements. This can involve close collaboration with your internal IT team or with trusted external partners, depending on what best fits your organisation.

Project costs vary significantly, as they depend on integration requirements, technical complexity, and the scale of the solution. During the roadmap phase, we analyse ROI and prioritise the most cost-effective approach, so you have a clear understanding of the investment before any commitment.

In some cases, ongoing costs may apply. For example subscriptions to automation platforms, AI services, or specialised software licences. When relevant, we present these options transparently so you can choose the most suitable long-term setup for your organisation.

4. Training, Change & Handoff

Once new systems are in place, we ensure they’re embraced and sustainable. Workshops, documentation, and coaching sessions help teams adopt new workflows confidently.

For short or highly specialized projects, we apply an hourly rate that reflects the expertise of the professional or team, typically in the range of 95–145 euro per hour.
